CPCS Annual Training Conference – May 16, 2017

SAVE THE DATE:  The CPCS Annual Training Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, 8:00-5:00 at the DCU Center, 50 Foster Street, Worcester. Advance Registration is Required.

Attorney Jennifer Sellitti, of the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, will provide the keynote address on Using Relationship Building, Communication and Empathy to Create Compelling Direct Examinations. The keynote will be followed by workshop sessions on a wide variety of topics of interest to criminal, juvenile, child welfare and mental health practitioners, including hot topics in criminal and child welfare law, challenging racial bias, substance use disorder, appellate advocacy, expert witnesses, client engagement, and end of life proceedings, among others. At midday, we will gather to hear remarks from Chief Counsel Anthony Benedetti. A boxed lunch will be served.

Approved for 6.5 CLE hours for all private panels.
